We offer free U.S. shipping on eligible orders over $75.

Why does preparation take a few days?

Each VigorVault pillow includes carefully prepared botanical materials. Because we focus on freshness, cleanliness, and small-batch preparation, your order may require a short processing period before shipment.

What if my package is delayed?

If your tracking information shows a delay, please allow a little extra time for carrier updates. If your package has not moved for several business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you check the status.
